Pictures were taken at High Tea on April 1st, 2001. The official photographer was Rob (aka Le Grande Fromage) There are currently four members of TIEBBUU: Rob, Darcy, Paula and Sam. They are stubborn but not surly.

High Tea

The Group Picture

The tradition of High Tea requires tea and some nibblies. For this occasion we had herbal and black tea. And cheesecake. .

Here is a group photo of us at High Tea. You may gather from this group photo the reason behind the name of of our group.

We ate books. We didn't burn any.

Cheesecake

	The tradition of High Tea requires tea and some nibblies. For this occasion we had herbal and black tea. And cheesecake. The preparation of cheesecake was with 1.5kg of creamcheese, organic farm eggs and sour cream. The sugar and butter were store bought.

1001 Sesames

		Seasame peanut signatures were bound with licorice laces. Cover bound with tanned fruit leather (no kidding!)

Cheap Thrills

No book collection is complete without a bit of brain-candy. I brought a shelf of Bodice Rippers and Dollar Dreadfuls (the latter is the inflationary version of "Penny Dreadfuls").

All were painstakingly concocted from carefully selected prepackaged mixes, and the Dollar Dreadfuls were topped by a vintage Y2K chocolate dollar.

Mr Banana

This book consists of dried banana sewed with red licorice. I grew the Bananas from seeds I smuggled from the tropics. I carefully nutured the three over the last dozen years and provided an array of grow lights during the 2 months of darkness we recieve up here near the arctic circle. The smell of fresh bananas drove the polar bears crazy. For the the sake of this crowning achievement I made the licorice from scratch. If you believe any of this I have a used Gutenburg bible for sale - quite cheap because some guy named M. Luther defaced the entire book by writing in the columns. Some people have no respect.
